Number 6, The Sands is a contemporary seaside retreat for a large family or group of friends a short walk from the heart of Polzeath.

It is a modern, light and spacious house with wooden floors throughout the ground floor. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped giving a relaxed seaside vibe. An ideal retreat with a sunny patio and decking area plus a cosy wood burning stove for those cooler months. Number 6 can sleep 6 guests comfortably in three double bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room.

The house is located within walking distance of  the beaches at Polzeath, Greenaway and Daymer Bay and also the coastal path.

Polzeath is the perfect location for surfers, whilst beach combers and walkers have amazingly diverse coastal paths and wildlife to explore. There are shops to suit all tastes and you can feast on local produce at the many restaurants, cafes and pubs. There is also a well stocked Spar shop and a fish and chip shop so you’ll never need to go too far to sustain yourselves.
